A note from the owner

The draft-recovery service is paused.

As of September 2, 2026 the $299 recovery setup is not for sale and I am not taking new recovery clients.

Here is the honest reason. The offer promised a full pass on your failed drafts, a seven touch member sequence, and a front desk workflow. Every one of those needs a person working inside your billing system. Right now that person is me, and I have about half an hour a week for it. Selling it anyway would mean promising work I cannot staff. So it is paused until there is a real way to deliver it.

Nothing was charged to anyone. If you paid before today and have not heard from me, email hello@churnline.com and I will sort it out the same day.

Two things are still available because I can actually deliver them. The Owner's Scorecard is a one time report built from your own billing export. The playbook pack is the written method if you want to run recovery yourself. The leak calculator and the guides are free and stay up.
