Monthly recovery tiers

The monthly plan is priced by how much you bill in dues each month, because that's what determines the size of the pool being worked. Tiering it keeps the fee below the recovery at every club size instead of only in the middle.

Monthly dues billedRoughlyMonthly fee
Under $10,000Under ~300 membersNo monthly plan — take the playbook pack instead
$10,000 – $25,000~300–750 members$99 start
$25,000 – $60,000~750–1,800 members$199 start
$60,000 and upLarge clubs, multi-location$349 start

Everyone starts with the $299 first pass regardless of tier. The monthly plan is optional and added afterward, once you've seen what the first pass actually recovered.

Which one is right

The guarantee

Draft recovery: if the first pass recovers less than the $299 setup fee, we refund the difference. Recovers nothing, you get all $299 back.

Scorecard: if you read it and it tells you nothing you didn't already know, say so and it's refunded.

Playbook pack: if a piece doesn't fit your software's exports, we adapt it for you at no charge.

Every charge, one-time and monthly, appears on your statement as CHURNLINE — noting it so it isn't a mystery line on the bank feed later.
